Privacy Policy

Medness is a house-music collective based in Belgrade, Serbia. We run this website to announce our events, present our artists, and take booking inquiries. For anything related to your data, reach us through the bookings form — it lands directly in our inbox.

When you send a booking inquiry we collect the inquiry type, your name, your email address, your message, and — if you select one — the artist you are asking about. The form is delivered to our bookings inbox as an email (sent through Resend, our email provider) and we use it for one thing only: replying to you.

Inquiries are kept as ordinary email correspondence for as long as the conversation is relevant, and are never used for marketing or shared with anyone else.

If you join the newsletter we store your email address with Resend, the service that sends our emails, and you receive a welcome email. We use the list to tell you about upcoming Medness events and releases — nothing else, and we never sell or share it.

You can leave the Hive at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by asking us through the bookings form; your address is then removed from the list.

Both forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are human without showing a puzzle. Turnstile processes technical browser signals to make that call — see Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to see aggregate traffic and performance. Both are cookieless: they do not identify you, do not track you across sites, and do not build profiles.

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies — which is why you do not see a cookie banner here.

The site is hosted on Vercel, and its content (events, artists, photos) is served from Sanity, our content platform. Like every web host, Vercel keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp) for security and operations. Neither service is used by us to identify individual visitors.

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or hand over the personal data we hold about you, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent (for the newsletter) at any time. Send any such request through the bookings form and we will handle it promptly.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection supervisory authority.
